One day, Jesus saw a man who couldn’t see at all. The man had been blind since he was a baby. People wondered why he was born this way. Jesus told his followers that the man’s blindness was not because of sins, but so God's power could be shown. Jesus spat on the ground, made some mud, and put it on the man’s eyes. Then Jesus said, 'Go wash in the pool of Siloam.' The man did as Jesus said, and when he washed his eyes, he could see! Everyone was amazed. The man was so happy and thankful because Jesus helped him see clearly for the first time ever.
